Outdoor WCW/AFA Coed Leagues, 2009


AFA 2009 sees the beginning of a new era in Coed leagues in Chicago. The only two adult soccer-dedicated clubs in Chicago have partnered to provide the best organized, most fun Coed leagues in the city.

We are now accepting registrations for the Fall Coed League starting at the beginning of September!

We know you love to play soccer. We also know you love to play it with like minded people who want to have fun, on the best fields in the city. With that in mind, we've designed a Coed league which will have you never looking back....
Coed
  • Playing every Sunday at the excellent outdoor Rauner YMCA turf field. 
  • A minimum of eight 70 minute games (including exciting Cup competition), with a potential nine games.
  • Three referees in each game - the best USSF trained and certified in the state.
  • An exciting league divided into a 'Premier Division' where the play will be a more advanced/competitive environment, and a 'First Division' which will be a intermediate/recreational environment. 
  • At the end of the season, the top team in the First Division will be promoted to Premier, and the bottom team in Premier will be relegated to First. 
  • The Premier Division will be billed, built and promoted as one of the most prestigious Coed leagues in Chicago.
  • A minimum of four females from each team on the field at anytime are required (WCW can help teams recruit female players).
  • You can enter as either an individual or as a whole team. We will make several teams made up of individual entries and will give you the chance to meet up several times before the season begins. 
  • Every player gets a high quality fashionable league t-shirt, with the option of purchasing Puma soccer shirts with your name and number for just $27!
  • Trophies and bar tabs for each seasons winners!
